I haven't posted in a few days. This weekend has left me all out of sorts. Work was entirely too boring, except for Saturday night. Like near tears boring. I slept most of the weekend.
My nanny made it through surgery on Friday. I went visit her yesterday. She's still in a lot of pain. After the visit, Hayley and I had the best coffee in the world (a.k.a Community Coffee), knit, talked then kidnapped our friend Katie. We went to the equivalent of a belly dance garage sale and I made off with some stuff. I never knew I looked good in orange/rust until yesterday. I came home and slept for about eleven to twelve hours.
So, that was my weekend. How about yours?
Oh, I'm super jealous of everyone who gets a three day work week. Lucky!

so glad your nanna made it okay!
do you at least make overtime? i think we should jump kick your savings so you can pursue your dreams :)
my weekend was wonderfully balanced. watched a comedy show Friday, hung out outside and shared a crepe with a friend Saturday, spent all of Saturday night helping her boyfriend buy furniture at Ikea, Sunday was movie and lunch with my little and then holed up in my apartment watching movies, blogging, and organizing.
Thank you so much, Linda :)
I don't make overtime at my job :(
It sounds like you had a great weekend. I've never had a crepe or been inside an Ikea store. What did you and your little watch? What did you watch at home?
Count me in on your jealousy of the three day work week! I'm glad your nanny is doing alright- I hope she keeps getting better! :)
Ack! I've been slacking too heather, but I just posted a new one. :)
I'm glad your Nanny's surgery went well. I'm always nervous when people go into the hospital because I'm just so hesitant myself to go to the doctor or take any kind of medicine! haha
Glad you had some fun this weekend though. Mine was work filled...bleh. haha but this week has been great having my family in town. :)
I can't wait to go back to work with you guys at the Grand this winter!!!
Kyla, thank you so much :)
Thomas, I can't wait for you to come back. I miss you!
